The western world ( more than most) still cannot define precisely what apartheid was. This is very evident when Israel is described as enforcing apartheid. Their is no real comparison. Saying Israel enforces apartheid is watering down what they actually have been doing and is a thousand times+ worse than apartheid. Apartheid was solely an South African situation.
